By accessing or using the Boxi website (boxi.co.il) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Boxi is a managed WordPress hosting brand operated by Cloudi (cloudi.cloud). These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Boxi hosting services.
Boxi provides managed WordPress hosting services powered by PanelAlpha. Our services include website hosting, automatic WordPress updates, daily backups, SSL certificates, CDN, and related technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe handles all payment processing and invoicing. For billing inquiries, please contact our support team.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: - Hosting malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content - Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) - Infringing on intellectual property rights - Hosting content that promotes violence or illegal activities - Using excessive server resources that impact other users We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Boxi website are the property of Boxi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission. You retain ownership of all content you upload to your hosted websites. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content as necessary to provide the hosting service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay for services, or engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or other users. Upon termination, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
Boxi provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive for 99.9% uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Boxi provides digital managed WordPress hosting services. After completing your purchase and payment: • Your hosting account is provisioned automatically within minutes of payment confirmation. • Your WordPress site will be available and ready to use immediately upon provisioning completion. • SSL certificate is installed automatically within up to 24 hours. • Daily backups begin operating immediately upon service activation. In rare cases, service provisioning may take up to 24 business hours. If 24 hours have passed and the service has not been activated, please contact our support team. As this is a digital service, there is no physical delivery. Access to the service is through the dashboard at boxi.co.il.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard billing settings, or by written request to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly). Until that date, you may continue using the service in full. Refunds: • Cancellation within 14 days of initial purchase — full refund in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law. • Cancellation after 14 days — no refund will be issued, but the service will continue to operate until the end of the paid billing period. • Yearly subscriptions — cancellation within 14 days of purchase entitles a full refund. After that, no prorated refund will be issued. After subscription cancellation: • A 30-day grace period is provided to export your data and site content. • After the grace period, data may be permanently deleted. • Invoices and payment records are retained as required by law.
